Do you know this man? Police are after 20-year-old Declan Lyne from Newton-le-Willows, who may have information in relation to allegations of assault and criminal damage in Newton-le-Willows in July.
Lyne is white, 5ft 6in tall, of proportionate build, with red hair and blue eyes.
