Why should they? Horse riders are under no legal obligation to clean up after their animals. Horses are vegetarian so their poo isn’t toxic and doesn’t pose any threat to humans. You’d be as well picking it up yourself and putting it on your roses.

yes it was a wry joke,however lockdowns a strain on national humor.but no feel we have enough state intrusion as it is now,and given the inaccuracy of what were being fed.but that's another topic that could go on and on!weve just got to get on with what is for the moment,sadly a lot of us out there have nowt to go back to after our release.!
